Satisfied clients give long lasting business relations

The client’s business always determines the provision of IP protection. I am experienced across the full patent life cycle. From familiarizing myself with innovative technologies, writing new, often complex, patent applications, to solving business-critical patent cases. Not least at oral proceedings in connection with oppositions and appeals – ever more prevalent for commercially important cases. If the end result is to achieve optimum protection, you need a person like me, a European Patent Attorney with longevity of experience in oral proceedings at the EPO. My experience of appeals and oppositions enables me to formulate a new patent application so that you do not end up in any traps at a later stage.

I keep updated with the development of patent practice in Sweden and the EPO including the Boards of Appeal. This ensures that I remain at the forefront of legal developments, providing the most relevant patent protection for my clients and their inventions. When it comes to patents, small details may turn out to be decisive at a later stage.

I appreciate the personal contact with clients, gaining a high level of technical insight into both the research and development activities of a client. It is particularly stimulating to follow clients for a long time, as their business evolves. Long-term partnerships are, in my experience, very successful because of this familiarisation with the client’s technology and business.
