Today, the intangible assets of a company are often a significant part of the assets. In order for a company´s patent portfolio, and also a single patent of an individual inventor, to become as strong and valuable as possible, it is important that the invention is handled in an adequate way from the beginning. This requires a close cooperation between you as client and me as a patent attorney consultant, a cooperation where different ideas and alternatives are discussed, questioned and analyzed. A really good patent application requires commitment from you as client, but first and foremost from myself as a patent attorney consultant. I commit to each case and I will do my utmost to ensure that you as client will receive the best service.

Each case is unique and requires, besides knowledge in patent law, also specific technical knowledge. I have a broad technical and scientific background and I have the ability and interest to understand and learn new technologies.
It´s all in the details
Often it is the details that decide if a patent application is good or not, if a patent is broad or narrow, if a patent protects the matter it was intended to, or if a patent stands strong or if it can be opposed to. I am thorough and I care about the details and together with you as client, I try to identify the details that may be crucial in the future.
