Specialized in computer-implemented inventions with broad technical expertise
As an authorized European Patent Attorney with a technical background in computer engineering, I have focused most of my career on computer-implemented inventions. Much of my work involves technologies based on software, algorithms, AI, computer systems, and information processing. I especially enjoy working at the intersection of technology, business, and law, where patent protection serves as a strategic tool to create competitive advantages for my clients.
My core expertise lies in understanding and effectively protecting solutions at the interface between software and hardware. This includes everything from control systems and signal processing to automotive technology and AI-based methods. At the same time, I regularly handle inventions from other technical fields and am accustomed to quickly familiarizing myself with new technical areas.
I assist both growing startups and established companies in building and developing strong IP positions. Whether it is preparing a first patent application, planning portfolio strategies, managing objections, or providing business-oriented IP advice linked to technological developments, my focus is always on delivering solutions that are practical, aligned with the client’s business goals, and clearly communicated throughout the process.
Efficiency and accessibility in every assignment
I work in a structured and goal-oriented manner throughout the entire process, from the initial idea to granted patent. Open communication and regular check-ins are priorities in every project. I want the collaboration to feel secure, clear, and forward-looking, regardless of the technology or scope of the assignment.
IP as a strategic tool
I see intellectual property as a means to drive innovation and business growth. Therefore, I always aim to understand the bigger picture behind each invention. This includes the technical details, purpose, benefits, and potential for commercial application. Whether the subject is AI, control systems, digital communications, or something else, the goal remains the same: to create patent protection that works both legally and commercially.
Please feel free to reach out if you want to discuss technology, strategy, or how to best protect and develop your ideas.
