Technical depth with a strategic patent perspective
I have a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from KTH, with a specialization in communication systems, telecommunications, and data, which provides me with a strong technical foundation. My professional experience also includes work both in development teams and at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV), where my role as a patent examiner gave me deep insight into how inventive step is assessed. It has also given me a broader understanding and ability to identify the technical core of an invention and to formulate protection that withstands examination.
I appreciate variety in assignments, both in terms of industries and company sizes. Technology-intensive and innovation-driven companies place high demands on technical understanding. In my role as a patent consultant, I understand that clear communication, continuous feedback, and close dialogue are also central aspects of the work.
My ambition is to work closely with clients where I see that I can provide long-term support and strategic advice—developing well-considered patent strategies together, tailored to the company’s objectives, market, and field of technology.
The close collaboration between Ström & Gulliksson and Advokatbyrån Gulliksson also provides me, in my professional role, with valuable insights into another side of the innovation process and business landscape, further strengthening my understanding of how intellectual assets can contribute to long-term business value.
