Turn to me for advice and protection of digital solutions

Today, when companies more than ever are investing in digitalization of processes, products and services, patent plays an extremely important role.

A patent holds high commercial values and increases competitiveness and I am passionate about helping my clients to draft patent applications that provides a broad protection that helps strengthen the company’s position on the market.

My previous experiences from the patent industry, in combination with my knowledge and deep understanding of digital technology and software solutions, allows me to quickly gain an understanding of the client’s business and provide clear and adequate advice.

During my more than 20 years in the patent industry, I have worked as a Patent Examiner, European Patent Attorney as well as In-house Patent Attorney. The different roles have given me good insights of the requirements for achieving broad and strong protection, special knowledge of designing patent applications and understanding of the importance of patents and how they can strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Collaboration

When I undertake an assignment, I always have the approach Why, What and How should the patent application be designed in order to achieve maximum protection and business value.

I appreciate having an open and clear dialogue with my clients and I am always keen to deliver good quality on time.
