Guidance all the way through the patent process
I have the privilege of working in an industry that I find very interesting. Working as a patent consultant requires knowledge in technology, different languages and law skills. It is in such an interdisciplinary area of work that I perform at my best.
Previously working as a patent engineer at the Swedish Intellectual Property Office (PRV), I have seen many patent applications (both national and PCT-applications), different strategic approaches and I know the requirements for getting an adequate protection for ones invention. I have experience in quickly studying how inventions in various technical fields are intended to work in order to set up a suitable search strategy and later on assessing if they fulfill the patentability criteria. Presently, I use this knowledge to guide customers in the “patent jungle” .
I am committed and pay attention to detail and responsive to the customer’s situation and requests in order to be able to guarantee an approach and a product that the customer will be content with. My approach is that I want to understand an invention or a business to be able to protect it as if it was my own.
